Payment Policy:
Please let us know if you need to cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment to avoid a $75 cancellation fee.
If you're paying by bank transfer, please ensure full payment is made 24 hours before your session and send a copy of the transfer receipt to admin@fireflycounsellingservices.com.au for verification.
Please note that all payments are final. If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice or miss your session (no-show), we won’t be able to offer a refund or reschedule.
